If you want to wake up for Fajr tomorrow morning, you can. It requires a little bit of willpower, but nowhere near as much as you might think.
You see, you don’t need a load of will power at 6am tomorrow morning, if you want to pray Fajr on time. Instead, you need a little bit of will power this evening when you get home and are ready to unwind.
There is a very specific technique I recommend you do. You can think of it as a ‘brain-hack’. It takes about 10 minutes, but dramatically increases the chances that you’ll actually wake up on time tomorrow, and everyday from now on, insha’Allah.
