How to miss Fajr tomorrow…

Here is a fail-safe plan to make sure you completely over-sleep and miss Fajr tomorrow. You don’t need to do all of these things to miss Fajr – just one or 2 will do the trick:

  • Don’t make a firm decision to get up at 6am. That way, you won’t adjust any of your actions, or behaviours, and will probably miss it.

  • Stay up as late as you feel like, ideally past midnight, without giving it another thought. There have been one or 2 days in your life when you stayed up really late, and still made Fajr on time… so pin your hopes on that.

  • Eat late. You’ll feel tired a couple of hours after dinner, so make it a really late meal, like 9 or 10pm, and you’ll miss Fajr no problems.

  • Blame your spouse & family. They always keep you up late, and never let you sleep on time. It’s really their fault. Nothing you could’ve done.
