A few days ago, I was leading a group coaching session for members of the Inside-Out Mastermind, and we started with a simple question:
What are you feeling grateful for, and what insights have you had lately?
To my delight, the answers given from this simple question by each group member were mind-blowing and actually took up the whole session. With each answer, my mind become more and more quiet, and more and more connected with Allah.
Thanks to the insight-generating power of the Inside-Out, every single member of the group had been experiencing small, but powerful positive shifts in their quality of life.
Eventually, I pointed out that the really amazing thing here isn’t the particular insight that each member of the group had, (as amazing as they were – things like letting go of a life-time of self-sabotage, limiting beliefs and angry thinking…).
