Ramadan is a gift from Allah, the Most Loving Guide.

It’s a month of spiritual training designed for us to increase our level of consciousness.

However, as the Prophet, peace and blessings upon him, said:

“One may fast and get nothing from their fast but hunger. One may stand in prayer at night and get nothing from their prayer but a sleepless night.”
