The best Eid Celebration of your life…

The other night my wife Rachida mentioned that she is really looking forward to Eid…   

And I totally get it.   

When you fast during the day, but then feast every night, Ramadan is manageable, but there’s much less of a ‘buzz’ around Eid. It’s not as exciting to look forward to Eid when you know you can eat whatever you want in a few hours… and you probably will.   

However, the way The Ramadan Challenge is set up means that each day you fast, you eat only healthy, body-transforming foods in the evening, and then you…   

FEAST.   

On Eid.   

And not a day earlier.   

We all enjoy Eid, but show up on Eid with the best body of your life, due to the way you fasted… and you better believe you’ll enjoy it more!   

We’re not going to fast all day then feast all night. We’re fasting and restraining our desires for a full month… and then we’re going to feast and celebrate.   

Insha’Allah, we’ll feel like we’ve really earned it and deserve a bit of a splurge.   

When I used to splurge on Eid after eating normally during Ramadan, it was… “nice. Alright. Not bad. Feeling a bit heavy after that gulab jaman. Aaand, back to real life again tomorrow…”   

But now, I can already sense things are different.   

On Eid, we’re going to have a PARTY!   

There will be cake. There will be sweets. My wife even mentioned something about baking Moroccan cookies…   

…And after enjoying it all, insha’Allah, we’ll still be in the best physical shape, with the lowest body fat percentage, of our entire lives!  

The joy and gratitude we feel each night during our meals will be enhanced even more when we eat all the foods we want… knowing that after a month of The Ramadan Challenge, our bodies will blow past Eid like it was nothing.   

Plus, we’re already set with a Maintenance Plan for how to keep our results long after Ramadan.
