How to wake up for Fajr (even if you're low on willpower).

by Mamoon Yusaf

If you want to wake up for Fajr tomorrow morning, you can. It requires a little bit of willpower, but nowhere near as much as you might think.

You see, you don’t need a load of will power at 6am tomorrow morning, if you want to pray Fajr on time. Instead, you need a little bit of will power this evening when you get home and are ready to unwind.

There is a very specific technique I recommend you do. You can think of it as a ‘brain-hack’. It takes about 10 minutes, but dramatically increases the chances that you’ll actually wake up on time tomorrow, and everyday from now on, insha’Allah.

It’s all explained in this webclass I created a couple of years ago, which is just awesome (if I do say so myself!).

I’ve decided to re-release it. You can watch it here:
