Assalam Alaikum,
One of the most valuable qualities and greatest virtues we can have in life is one that the Quran talks about a lot: Resilience.
That’s my best translation of the word, ‘Sabr’.
It’s the ability to handle anything life throws at you – even the really hard stuff like death and abuse – without being overcome or defeated by it.
One of the most powerful things about the Inside-Out understanding of psychology is that it leads us to an endless reservoir of sabr.
In my book, Inside the Soul of Islam, I explain exactly how this works, and how we can tap into it. But, you don’t have to wait until then:
Realising Resilience Virtual Conference
In a few days, I’m going to be interviewed by my colleague Rudi Kennard, where I’ll explain exactly what resilience is, where it comes from and where we can find an endless supply of it.
It’s part of the Realising Resilience Virtual Conference.
I’m one of a dozen world leading experts on the topic of Resilience, so when you get your ticket to this virtual conference, you’ll get lifetime access to me & my peers sharing their best insights into this deep psychological and spiritual state.

“Indeed Allah is with the resilient”
“Be resilient. Indeed the promise of Allah is Truth.” [Quran]
May Allah bless you with all the insight you need to have the psychological understanding that brings endless Resilience.
Peace, Love & Blessings.
