When you ‘get’ the Inside-Out understanding, your connection with Allah deepens, you drop ego, and you start to become your best, highest self. Pretty soon you discover that:

• Nothing stresses you out any more, because you know the situation you’re dealing with can’t cause your feelings and is in ultimately in Allah’s hands.

• There’s much less on your mind, so you’re naturally more present and aware of Allah’s Presence.

• You do a lot more zikr, because you’re just so grateful to be alive.

• You stop being disappointed in people, because you drop all expectations of them to behave or perform in a certain way.

• You think a lot less, and act a lot more.

• You drop self-sabotaging thinking so you’re free to reach your potential.

• You become more genuinely humble. (Note: True humility isn’t thinking less of yourself. It’s thinking of yourself, less).

• You can see things more objectively and honestly, because your feelings aren’t riding on things turning out a certain way.

• You’re way more confident, because you know nothing & no-one can hurt your feelings.

• You become much more resilient and aren’t so sensitive about what other people say or do.

• You drop harsh, judgemental thinking about people (all judgmental thinking is based in the Outside-In).

• Your heart is free from the 24 ‘diseases of the heart’ taught in the Islamic tradition. (You can get caught out from time to time, but the moment you see the Inside-Out reality again, it stops your ego in its tracks).

• You all round become a nicer, kinder, more loving, better person.

• Your head is clear, your heart is clean, and there’s nothing pre-occupying you except Allah’s Awesome Presence.
