Assalam Alaikum,
There is a key that unlocks our potential for rapid, permanent inner change. The kind of change that the Noble Quran informs us of:
“And we will not change the state of a people, until they change within themselves.”
What is this ‘change’ that must occur within us before the world starts to change around us?
I believe, without a shadow of doubt, that the ‘change within ourselves’ is the insightful transformation that happens when we realise the truth of the Inside-Out Paradigm.
I know that’s a big claim.
And I’m making it, for reasons that are obvious to anyone who’s been through the Inside-Out education & transformation I’ve dedicated my life to teaching…
To give you an idea, here’s a glimpse of what happens to us when this ‘inner-change’ occurs:
- We instantly catch sight of, and drop, our negative self-defeating, egotistical thought
- Our minds quiet down so we can experience a deep sense of inner-peace
- We’re less distracted and more ‘in tune’ with the pace of life; more connected with Allah as we go through our days
- We tap into the psychological state of ‘zikr’, or mindfulness of Allah’s presence
- We’re much more likely to have insights about life situations and circumstances, instead of repeatedly thinking about them over and over
- We experience ‘khushu’ – a deep sense of awe & presence – in our prayers
- We catch a glimpse of our own illusive ego and effortlessly transcend it
- We tap into an endless reservoir of resilience, no matter what life throws at us
- We fall in love with our lives and everyone we’re blessed to share it with
- We begin to embody the states of mind and attitudes the Quran points us towards and transcend the negative qualities it warns us of
- And so, so much more
As much as I’d love to be able to write a short email like this explaining the whole Inside-Out Paradigm in such a way that just by reading it, you’ll experience this transformation…
