Deep down, most single people want to find love and live out the rest of their days with their life partner.
After all, Allah created us in pairs.
And because of this, there is a certain connection between two people that can only be experienced through a deeply loving relationship. And who wouldn’t want that?
However..
What people want isn’t necessarily what they get…especially if they’re not taking any action whatsoever to achieve their goal.
For example, you’ve got a pretty good chance of never getting married if:
- You’re waiting for the man/woman of your dreams to fall out of the sky one day
- You’re holding onto the belief that if it’s meant to be, then Allah will make it happen without any action needed on your part
- You imagine that one day you’ll randomly bump into him at the supermarket
- You don’t ever look outside of your immediate social circle for a suitable spouse
- You’re patiently waiting for family members to find someone for you, again, from the same limited pool of people that you already know
- You take zero action whatsoever in connecting with and getting to know different people
Now the common theme in all of this is inaction.
Which is the kind of the opposite of what we’re encouraged to do as Muslims, when we’re advised to “believe and take action” and “tie your camel and trust in Allah”.
Whatever is meant to be for you will be, but you must step forward and take action too. Otherwise you could innocently be letting time pass you by – time that could be spent with your future spouse, living out a new chapter of your life.
Now I’m all about taking positive action that helps you achieve your goals. And that’s why I created the ‘Meet And Marry The One’ event, so that single Muslims everywhere have clear guidance on all the necessary steps to make sure you get this important area of life taken care of, once and for all.
