It doesn’t matter how much you talk about success. You’ll never achieve it unless you intentionally, deliberately set up habits that make success inevitable.
That’s good news.
Because it means that in order to be Productive From Fajr, you don’t need tons of willpower.
As explained in Module Two of the program, what you need is to use this scarce resource of “willpower” to set up specific habits.
In the program, I give you three very specific habits that will make you not only bounce out of bed with energy, but stay productive all day long:
- The Fajr Success Ritual.
- The Focus Session Ritual.
- The All-Day Energy Ritual.
The thing about these rituals is: they only work when they become habits. That’s why I recommend you do the program for at least 40 days.
During the first couple of weeks, implement the Fajr Success Ritual. Then, over the next couple of weeks, implement the Focus Sessions. And towards the end of the 40 days, start implementing the All-Day Energy Rituals.
Between these three habits, you’ll end up having an extremely productive day, every day, on autopilot.
And from my own experience, once these habits lock in, they stick. Even if you fall off track because of summer holidays or kids or a divine surprise like newborn twins like I was blessed with a few years ago… the habits come back the moment you want them to.
If you want the complete Productive From Fajr system and want to make permanent changes in your life, take the training. Go through it as quickly or as carefully as you like. Start implementing the habits.
Within a couple of weeks, you’ll be bouncing out of bed with energy at five or six a.m., or whatever time you decide.
And you’ll be praying Fajr with gratitude and presence, and starting your day in a way that energizes you and puts you in flow.
