This is becoming an increasingly common phrase I say to somebody after they return to their natural state of inner peace, presence, freedom and happiness.
It usually comes out of my mouth, after we’ve done a little bit of coaching together.
Don’t get me wrong.
My clients aren’t typically so-called “ex Muslims” who then return to the religion of Islam, but rather, they’re completely regular people from all walks of life, who fall into the mind-made illusions that lead to unconsciousness, absent mindedness and a whole host of psychological and spiritual problems.
At the end of a coaching session and almost always at the end of doing the “Inner Salaam Method”, virtually everybody returns to their natural state of presence and surrendered inner peace, which is the hallmark of the actual spiritual state of “Islam”.
This is a wonderful, beautiful state to be in, particularly if you’re facing a challenging situation with a spouse or with kids who are misbehaving, or if you have any insecurities in your workplace and professional life.
The truth of the matter is you can go much higher, much faster when you’re surrendered and at peace with what is, than you possibly can while begrudgingly holding on to frustration, upset and guilt at the situation.
