The Ramadan Digital Detox

One of the most powerful things you can do to leverage the spiritual energy of Ramadan, is to fast… from your smartphone.

This is an idea that my wife first gave me a couple of years ago – she quit using a smartphone altogether and became overwhelmed with gratitude for the benefits of not being constantly ‘connected’ to everything in the world, except Allah.

One of the many secret’s I’ll be revealing in my upcoming “Conscious Ramadan” workshop is how to manage (and as much as possible eliminate) excessive smartphone use.

Everyone who does a full-on ‘digital detox’ reports that the biggest problem with it is… figuring out what to do with the OCEAN of extra time they suddenly have available each and every day.
