Assalam Alaikum,
You’ve probably been told that the best time of day to memorize the Quran is right after Fajr.
That sounds awesome, right? To be the kind of person that can wake up super-early, and read & even memorize the Quran before you start your day.
I know of one person who did this consistently and became a Hafidh within a few years, just because of this one habit.
The problem is… a lot of us wake up late – or just pray Fajr in a zombie-like state, then go straight back to bed.
This isn’t great for your connection with the Quran, or your brain’s natural sleep-patterns.
I have a better idea.
Do this: www.mamoonyusaf.com/lp/pff
You can actually train your body & your brain to jump out of bed as soon as your alarm (or adhan) goes off.
Here’s a step-by-step training I created for you on how to ‘re-wire’ your brain to go from sleeping in late to waking up productive from Fajr:
You’re welcome. :O)
Peace, Love & Blessings.
