The Only 2 Inner Blocks To Achievement

Back when I was learning to become a coach, and studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I came across a fascinating idea:

There are only 2 blocks limiting your potential and achievement.

Think about it. Any goal you set – from reaching peak physical condition to memorizing the Quran to hitting your financial targets, all come down to 2 key things.

If you master these 2 internal obstacles, you’re completely unstoppable in the pursuit of your biggest goals and dreams.

They are:

  1. Limiting Beliefs
  2. Negative Emotions

The more elegantly you can handle these two things, the more effortlessly you can move in the direction of your goals.

Let’s deal with Negative Emotions first.

It turns out, there is no way of guaranteeing that you’ll never feel a negative emotion again. And anyone promising that is lying. There is, however, a deep understanding of how the mind works, which lets you come to terms with anything you’re feeling (no matter how bad your circumstances are) so that you’re never afraid of how you might feel in the future.

The moment you drop the fear of feeling bad, you gain immense freedom, and instantly drop insecure attachment to your goals.

You become ‘outcome independent’.

You still work towards your goals – but you’re no longer needy or attached to things going your way, because you know that your feelings won’t be affected by the goal.

In other words: you become unstoppable.

As long as you’re in the illusion that your goal has the power to determine your feelings, you’re going to go through an emotional rollercoaster of highs and lows that are all basically an energetic drain and distraction from your target.

Next: Limiting Beliefs

All limiting beliefs are made up thoughts.

Most people try to ‘fight off’ negative limiting beliefs with positive empowering beliefs…

…and that doesn’t work out so well.

You end up just overthinking everything, and in a constant internal battle.

What if, instead of doing it that way, you could just drop the negative beliefs altogether…? What if they disappeared and you no longer paid attention to them, in the same way that you don’t pay attention to thousands of other thoughts that run through your mind each day?

This isn’t an impossible task.

And it doesn’t require any Jedi Mind Tricks, or Brain-Hacks or mystical energy healing.

It’s much more simple and clear than that.

The only thing required to drop limiting beliefs, and drop the needy emotional attachment that sabotages our goals is…

… Dreams To Destiny.
