Stress-Free Productivity



Believe it or not, I used to be a proper stress-head.

That is, of course, until I discovered THIS:

A lot of people don’t even believe me when I tell them I used to be very stressed, because I learned how to hide it well, but inside, I was freaking out.

Here’s why:

I used to believe that I was juggling a dozen balls all at once, and if I dropped a ball, something really, really bad would happen. And it would be all my fault & I’d end up feeling terrible about it. So, it became REALLY important for me to not drop one.

Back then, if someone was to tell me to ‘not stress’, I would think, ‘That’s easy for you to say – you’re not the one juggling all these balls!’

I’d always either be rushing around all stressed – or hiding under my bed covers hoping no-one noticed I’d dropped the balls.

These days, I have far more responsibility than I’ve ever had in the past.

I run a successful company, consult for big-names in the Personal Development industry, show up for talks and interviews about Islam being a religion of Peace, deliver 1-to-1 and group coaching to all my clients, and much, much more.

All this on top of a super-busy travel schedule. (I’m literally on a plane as I write this).

But, today, there’s a HUGE difference compared to the old days where any one of these things would have totally stressed me out.

Today, I experience true Stress-Free Productivity.
